Leasing office is lazy and rude
I’ve endured 5 years of living at Ridgepointe. When I first moved in, I told them I had cat allergies and they assured me the previous owners did not have cats, but that was a lie. When I moved in, I had health issues for 3 months until they finally replaced my carpet. There are also at least 2 water shut-offs per week. In the summer of 2023, my AC went out and they took a full year to replace it. It still doesn’t work fully. I began getting roaches for the first time in January, and they only... exterminated once. It’s still an ongoing issue. The worst problem began in May. I have a neighbor who smokes cigarettes and weed inside their apartment every morning. I have asthma, so I can’t breathe when they do this. I’ve developed worse breathing complications, provided a doctor’s note and letter to the office, and they haven’t done anything to fix it. I’ve spent the past month calling, placing requests online, and visiting the office. They give me the same answer of either “there’s nothing we can do”, or “we’re working on it”. No matter the issue you have, there’s no responsiveness, accountability, or compassion from Ridgepointe management. I don’t know how they haven’t been sued yet.
