In a former real estate related business, I broke away from tradition by building relationships with the clients which extended my reach to other family members and friends. I was in a position that required long hours, creativity, patience, perseverance, tenacity and multiple levels of communication skills as I worked with a diverse, high-profile customer base, staff and construction challenges. Today, as a real estate professional, I bring those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients and real estate challenges. I specialize in South Tampa, serving thousands of clients spanning two decades. There are only a few homes I haven't been in, under or over. South Tampa remains my area of expertise as a Realtor®. Married to my beautiful wife Linda, since 1980 and the proud father of two entrepreneurs and two grandchildren. With the exception of living a few years in Los Angeles, I've lived in Tampa Florida since I was 5. When time allows, I love to spend time with my family, go island hopping, fishing and just general boating right here in the Tampa Bay area.
