First and foremost, the location was fantastic. Situated in a prime area, it was conveniently close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. These are very artsy, comfortable apt community with cool courtyard, co-living/working spaces and just few mins walk to St Pete Pier, Central Aven, 3 hospitals ! And all the great museums.

Everything is artfully and tastefully furnished and all with luxury memory foam mattresses and fast Wi-Fi!
