Nice quality and comfort for the price
I've lived here for close to a year. Rent is a little high, but all utilities are included.
Staff has been great - polite, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful.
Maintenance issues are resolved quickly for the most part, though at least one of our security doors hasn't worked since I moved in. The hot water has gone out a couple times and was repaired within 24 hours. There are two card-op laundry rooms that are pretty decent - $2 per wash or dry.
It's generally quiet here, and despite... being in a not-so-great (but not bad) section of town, we've been isolated from any shenanigans. There's a bus stop and school just across the way. I believe this used to be a motel or hotel that has been retrofitted into apartments, and there's the possibility of lead pipes but I'm not sure.
My apartment is really nice inside - laminate floors, granite-lookalike counters, nice cabinets, stainless steel appliances, good quality brushed aluminum fixtures. I'm pretty content here - though rent is high, stress and worries are low. And this place is much higher quality than other places within a few hundred dollars. You'd have to pay probably another $400/mo to get into a higher quality place, so this is a good middle ground.
