Great Place to Live
I’ve had a great experience at The Wellington. The community is quiet, well-kept, and conveniently located. The apartments are spacious, and the staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, it has been a comfortable place to live, and I would recommend The Wellington to anyone looking in the area.

Maintenance is Lacking
I have been trying to get our AC fixed since 04/15 without any luck. It is now 06/09. I have told them numerous times there is a problem but keep being pushed off and back burnered “because our unit is working” and not completely dead. We cannot get it to cool off more than 5-7 degrees running the AC non stop. Our current living conditions along with screenshots from the original request are attached. It’s currently 88 in my unit. My utility usage has doubled compared to last year. They are WELL... aware and will not fix the problem. Do not move here especially if you have small children and/or pets.

GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME
We have lived here since 2018. Its quiet. Our apartment is so nice and the staff in the office is wonderful. They are always friendly and they make sure if you have any problems it is taken care of quickly. Neighbors are quiet and we love living here !! Thanks to y'all for providing a affordable nice place to live... We love calling it home !!
