I had an amazing experience at Cahaba Grandview! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Danny, the Property Manager, and Vida, the Assistant Manager, for their outstanding customer service. I've had a wonderful experience with Cahaba Grandview! The community is clean, quiet, and well cared for, and the staff truly makes a difference. Danny, the Property Manager, and Vida, the Assistant Manager, have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. This is Danny Swann this is the most amazing apartment complex to live in absolutely stunning with excelent parking options! I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff Jenny Miller & DavIda Stephens & Corey Garrison outstanding team work They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. Plus the maintenance team that is both amazing and fast and outstanding and can fix anything.. Plus... the The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. Unprofessional, great grounds but the management is poor and the mail room is a black hole. I’ve had nearly all my packages go missing and staff does nothing. Dark, Barely lit breezeways, quite terrifying actually. The second gate works half of the time.
