The Haven at Greenhill

I've lived here through the change in Managers, and I can honestly say the property has come a long way. Quincy and his team have done a great job cleaning up the grounds, improving landscaping, and staying on top of maintenance issues.

One thing I've really noticed is that they're putting money back into the community. The renovated clubhouse looks great, and the new dog park has been a nice addition. There was a food truck event for residents as well, which was a fun way to meet neighbors and... showed that management is making an effort to build a sense of community.

The new property manager has been responsive, professional, and genuinely approachable. It's refreshing to feel like the people running your building are invested in the experience of living here, not just collecting rent. And Jake in maintenance deserves a real shoutout he's on... top of things, friendly, and actually follows through. That combination is rarer than it should be.

I don’t like this place because 1 they get the mail then send it back they are no help they are very disrespectful they talk about their apartments tenants I would not recommend they say no smoking rooms I been smelling smoke for 3 years living here made a complaint and they did nothing
