Big gray and brown spiders are taking over my unit every other day I am seeing one due to back doors not being sealed correctly. So if you have little ones you have to be mindful of letting them walk around. I have spent over $60 alone on peppermint spray. When I first moved in I paid the washer/dryer fee 2 months straight before receiving appliances. Once appliances were received, they never returned with cord/vent. I had to purchase myself for $30. A/C unit has been requested to be fixed over... 14 days ago. New unit placed, however still no working a/c. Apartments are fixed up just enough for move in, then everything goes downhill. Maintenance takes forever or doesn’t complete the full job once started and don’t reach out to provide you with updates. This place is beyond unprofessional we haven’t even lived here for 2 months and our ac has went out, water damage that’s not our fault and now our water has gone out with no notice nor communication. They have very unresponsive staff that’s very uncoordinated when it comes to the tenants in this place. I’m disgusted at how bad it looked when we first moved in as well, it’s crummy and moldy

Constant drug deals, gunshots, ac doesn't work and maintenance won't fix anything but lies and says they did. Walls are paper this, neighbors yell and scream and sit outside everyone's apartments all day and night. People constantly bbq right outside their apartments, filling other people's apartments with carbon monoxide, trash everywhere, back doors aren't sealed so critters come in and the door leaks when it rains. Request have been in for months with news issue pulling on top of more issues. I have a sick child as of now with no understanding why these issues haven’t be rectified on numerous occasions. I am still waiting for a part from two weeks ago. My ac unit is complete frozen. There has been a leak in my bathroom and a whole in the wall from maintenance who has yet to return. My daughter has servers asthma and we are sleeping in almost below freezing temperatures night after night week after week and... month after month. Read More
