Large apartments, huge closets. at a great rate.

Live here since 2023 and just signed a 24 month renewal. I do not plan on moving anytime soon. This place is a hidden gem! Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and I have 2 very good neighbors.

Great Experience!

The process of moving in was very easy thanks to Stephen! Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with promptly and thoroughly. The apartment itself was very nice and just as good, if not better than advertised. Everything was clean, and any issues were fixed immediately. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Stay away

I lived here for a year and a half and always paid my rent on time. Unfortunately, when it came time to move out after buying my home, the management showed zero willingness to work with me in any way. Despite being a reliable, long-term tenant with a spotless payment history, they held me to the full remainder of my lease without any flexibility or attempt to help even though I was no longer living in the unit.

As a result, I ended up paying for six months of rent on an apartment I wasn’t...
living in on top of my mortgage. I completely understand leases and obligations, but the lack of empathy, customer service, or any effort to find a reasonable solution was extremely disappointing.

If you’re considering living here, just be aware that the management is rigid and unsupportive, even with good tenants. There are plenty of communities that treat their residents better I would recommend looking elsewhere

Never quiet

The only redeeming quality to this complex the the man who works at the office. The walls are paper thin. The master bedroom shares a wall with the building’s staircase, so you can hear/feel vibrations whenever people are coming and going. I’m literally counting down the days until my lease is up, because I’m sick of sleeping with earplugs. There is nothing luxurious about these apartments. Save your grand a month in rent and keep looking.

Quiet Living near Huntsville, AL

This apartment home living is the perfect balance of quiet, mountain views and convenience of being close to the growing city of Huntsville. The amenities are lovely and cater to any residents needs with gym, tanning, pool, walking trails, and more. It can feel more than an apartment, but a way of life. There is also a great variety of tenants. Hampton Falls has a community feel that is unlike any other apartment home living in the area.
