I love the layout. Keep in mind you will have to furnish your own toaster oven and Microwave. The appliances are low end and tired. The Refrigeration is an Energy Hog and constantly runs. The furnished Washer & dryer needs updating esp the dryer. Does not dry the cloths well.
You will hear your neighbors running water at times. insulation is not the best.
Windows and entry doors front & rear need updating. Not energy efficient.

The staff is super nice and helpful and responsive.

Moving into Muskgrove has been pleasant all the way around.

Wendy in the office is most helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.

The process was a breeze and I’m thankfully at home here, in peace.

Neighbors are respectful and quiet.

I was very pleased with the move-in process. The manager was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The property looked good and felt safe. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Apartment was clean and completely ready.

I moved here last weekend. I was prepared to have to clean my apartment before I moved in. This was totally unnecessary!! The place was spotless and ready to move in!! Today is day 5 in my new home and I have ZERO complaints.

I have lived here for over a year now and my husband and I love it.The management is always helpful and friendly.Maintainence problems are always fixed within a timely manner no matter day or night or weekends.It is a very friendly and quiet community where everyone is respectful of their neighbor.If you are looking for a nice place to live in Cullman Musgrove Estates is great.
