Wonderful Experience

I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 6 years at Metro Flats! It has been the best experience! It’s a quiet place, safe, and not too far from the city! I will be recommending Metro Flats to everyone who needs a place to stay!!

Great Management!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were blessed to buy a house, but if the circumstances were different we definitely would have been a long term tenant here! No problems at all from our neighbors. Quiet area. Very nice and updated apartments. The few times we needed anything maintenance done Bobby was there same day or the next and got us fixed up. Would recommend to anyone!

Great apartments and management!

Wonderful apartments, with great staff. Very quite and peaceful, whenever a maintenance issue popped up, (which was not often), management was extremely prompt to fix them with no issues. Loved having the washer and dryer hook ups so we didn't have to go to the laundromat. We loved having a patio. While you could hear the train from inside the apartments, the soundproofing was really good and it never bothered us at all. There's lots of security cameras which made us feel very comfortable and... safe, along with having the on-site property manager who kept a great eye on the place and knew everyone well. If you're considering apartments in the Decatur/Hartselle area I would definitely suggest looking into these.
