I had issues with the unit itself(leakage etc). Im on the lower level, but since Erin has been in the office she has been so attentive and urgent when it came to the work orders I put in. Maintenance came out as many times as needed to rectify my issue. Maintenace and the management office for me was the highlight. No noise or issues in the community, overall it is good. I wish I rented the ground level unit but thats my preference moving forward. I would stay if I had ground level

The 3-bedroom apartment is spacious, and the layout is decent. However, everything is old and ugly. The walls, doors, floors, appliances, etc. are poorly maintained. The oven and refrigerator are subpar. The walls are scuffed and everything is uneven. My apartment even has a dipping floor because of a broken floorboard under the carpet. The worst part is the heater/AC unit, which is very LOUD and also 30 years old and worthless. It doesn't work efficiently, and it doesn't spread the air evenly... to all of the rooms. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are nasty when you move in, but expect you to have them perfect when you move out. Our blinds had mold on them when we moved in, but we had to replace them then. The did not redo the carpet before we moved in, but they did lie and say they did, so that was nasty also.The grounds are ugly and not kept. Parking is terrible. Valet trash, sounds great right? Sleep in and leave the trash can beside your door until 11am the next day and you will get a $75 fine.... Courtesy officer? That's also a joke. I've seen a police car once. Well actually 3 times, but that was for domestic disputes. Office staff is rude when you come in, for any reason. The new property manager, Delores, treats you like a burden not as an appreciated resident. These apartment are WAY over priced. Seriously if you think this is your only option in your price range, look a bit harder. There are much better apartments than this for the same or less. Read More
