Best Property in Huntsville!

I have lived here for 3 years now and each year I look at the up and coming sites to see what else Huntsville has to offer. I continue to stay with Anthem, not only for all the amenities they have that are so well maintained, but also for the customer service and monthly events they do that make it feel much more like a resort than an apartment. The community is amazing and I refer them to everyone I know.

Great Tour!

I just toured with Carson today, not only was he super enthusiastic about all the amenities from pickle ball court to the refrigerated package section for Hello Fresh type deliveries and he even pointed out the little nook with a shoe shelf right when you walk into a three bedroom which is fantastic since I have a crawling baby! He made sure to give me all the info I needed when I walked out and it was the best tour I’ve had since looking in Huntsville. The entire staff was welcoming, I didn’t... feel like I was bothering anyone which is the vibe at a lot of properties and the office was so clean and smelled really nice.

LOVE LIVING HERE

From the Pickle Ball Court to the herb garden, this place is fantastic! I love all the green spaces and fire pits. There is never a lack of things to do here! Not to mention that they have apartments, townhomes, AND cottages!!! The finishes are gorgeous, and I live in one of the regular units! The location is perfect for my family and I. We are 5 minutes from midcity and downtown Providence! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place!!

The best in Huntsville

I’ve toured many places around the area and this one had the best staff + best apartments I loved how friendly everyone is. It feels like I’m not even in Alabama because of how pretty the buildings are. Can’t wait to try the pool this week

New management is poor

When I first moved here, this complex was phenomenal. However, since the new management took over, the complex has gone down hill dramatically. From maintenance issues, to unhelpful staff members wholly unwilling to work with people, to militant infraction policing of issues they do not notify you about, I would advise people to stay clear of Anthem Apartments.
