nice neighborhood

I am a current resident. The neighborhood is very diverse and accepting which I love. The people in the office are very kind and the staff does an excellent job at keep the property clean.
Ive been here for about 2 years now and I give this townhouse 3 stars because of my own personal unit. It just has been falling apart literally. Water from the bathroom that hits the floor is seeping through the walls from upstairs and causing mold. The water on the floor has also caused the wood to rot on... the ceiling. The staff are very responsive though

Great place to live!

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help whenever any issues arise.

Overall, this has been a great place to call home. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Staying at Madison garden apts is very quiet,the staff is wonderful, their maintenance team is awesome,they keep their grounds picked up, maintenance Staff does a great job on work orders in a timely manner,I feel at home at Madison garden apts
