will leave you on waitlist for months.

Me and my dad applied for this apartment months ago and it took them weeks to get back to us about approval and after being approved they go radio silent and give you no information about when a apartment will be available and most of the time can’t even get them on the phone. Don’t apply it’s a waste of time.

Great for Families

Competitive price for the market at the time I lived there. Always stayed occupied. Great neighbors, friendly staff. Non-smoking property. Nice walking area and multiple play areas for kids.

I love it here!

They are like family to me in the rent office! I love Mrs. Barbra and I miss Mrs. Mary ! It’s quite where I live and safe! I recommend this place !

Hidden Gem of Huntsville

I relocated back to Huntsville summer 2020. Property Manager, Barbara, help make my transition a stress free from the application process to moving in. The community is quiet, peaceful and family oriented. The staff are helpful and friendly. Hidden gem both in price (rent) and community inclusion. Love it here.

Love it here!

This is my 2nd (almost 3rd) year living at Oxford Townhomes and I really enjoy it! The management and maintenance staff are so kind and thoughtful! Where I stay my neighbors are really nice. I also love that the property is non-smoking. I highly recommend Oxford Townhomes.
