Horrible place to live

The Overlook has a HUGE marijuana problem. This past weekend was so bad that my apartment was full of marijuana smoke and we are still having problems getting rid of the smell. Last night another tenant was blasting his music so loud that it rattled my walls and windows in the middle of the night. I have been complaining about these issues for years and the office just lies and makes up excuses for not dealing with the problems. STAY AWAY

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Soooo many roaches, loud neighbors, uncaring management. The water has been cut off frequently, laundry rooms not working, loud cars, people yelling at all times. I've been here since Oct 2024 and the biggest thing is THE ROACHES... they are everywhere all the time. When I move I'll prob have to buy new everything because they are in my wifi router, my xbox, my tv, behind posters on the wall, crawling out of the kitchen sink. This place is NOT GOOD.

Don't move here

The apartments are overrun with roaches and spiders. Gnats are always in the kitchen. My ceiling fell in and yet they steady increasing rent. So glad I'm moving

Staff friendly and Affordable

The office staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ebony she makes the process go smooth and easy. If you are looking for a nice apartment with reasonable price and friendly staff then this is the place for you. Give them a try you will be satisfied!
