Vue at Rocket City

Some small things like outlets and such need to be replaced or repaired, but besides that this place has been perfect. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful.

Move in was not good. Bathtub has rust marks, refrigerator did not work, paint was pealing and coming of in areas, bathroom ceiling was painted but funky craters in areas, water stains were painted over but are bleeding through, microwave spin table had food on it, burners on oven had food as well as greasy. Two blinds in apartment, one missing a slat entirely other one had cracked dirty slats. The reason for the 3 stars verses 1 star. Office staff and maintenance have been amazing! i have a concern of a very slow response on minor maintenance issues.

The increasing amount of dog waste in neighborhood park/green area, has become a real issue, turning what should be a pleasant space into a minefield. Unfortunately, many pet owners are not cleaning up after their dogs (thanks to those who do clean), making it difficult for everyone to enjoy the area and walk around. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s also unhygienic and disrespectful to others who... use the space.

I have loved my experience so far! Everyone I have met in management has been helpful, respectful, and timely. The neighbors I have met have also been friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

I have had a good experience with the Vue at Rocket City overall. The staff were nice, and the maintenance crew are very helpful. The upkeep of the community is important to the staff, which is great!
