Good move-in experience

The front office staff is good, and maintenance is there when you need them. Move-in was easy and they were happy to answer any questions I had. The apartment was clean. I have only two complaints. The gate is unreliable taking away the security of it being a gated community. The laundromat is still coin-operated and one of the only four washers has been out of order since I moved in.

There have been a few minor issues with the barcode scanner after a storm, or the gate operator after the gate was nudged by a vehicle. The problems we have had were... repaired quickly. Awesome!

I highly recommend Bay Terrace!! Me and my family just recently moved in and Brianna answered any questions we had during the process. The new management has done renovations and it looks so good!

Amazing staff

So glad avalon plaza is out the Bay Terrace management group has been amazing in the short time that they have been here. The ladie in the office is the ONLY reason why i have stayed here so far. Yes the prices have gone up and alot of changes have taken place but it has been for the better.
