Poor Management and Communication
My experience with the management team has been very frustrating. In the days leading up to my move-in, they kept asking for additional documents at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress and confusion. I tried reaching out multiple times to get clarity, but all I received were dismissive attitudes, unhelpful responses, and long hold times. Their communication skills are seriously lacking, and the overall professionalism is disappointing. Definitely not a good first impression.
