Yes, the buildings are older but there's a lot of benefits that come with that like solid walls. I rarely hear my neighbors. There are three dogs that share walls with me and the only times I hear them is when they are walking outside. The community is quiet and close to a lot of amenities including an er, restaurants, banks, grocery stores and shopping. The area is safe and quiet. Everyone here is very nice, and the apartments are quiet for the most part. While the interiors don't exactly match the pictures, they are still decent and comfortable overall.I also think the leasing office could improve its communication. I understand there are probably a lot of people trying to reach them, but it's important to respond to tenants in a timely manner. Better communication would help prevent misunderstandings and make the overall living experience much smoother.I would also... suggest that management look into the plumbing issues throughout the property. The plumbing problems can be very frustrating and are one of the biggest concerns I have while living here. The apartments themselves are fine but definitely have age to them, it’s the maintenance issues that bring the experience down. I wake up usually once a week to an email about water being shut off which is incredibly inconvenient because it always seems to be around the time people would be getting ready for school/work. The maintenance is almost always an “emergency” so legally there’s nothing you can do. I wish the complex would just hire the appropriate maintenance team to consistently work... on and maintain the system or take the necessary precautions to prevent this from happening so frequently but they don’t. The apartments you see in these pictures are not what they all look like inside. The condition of the unit I was given is absolutely horrible and disgusting, and looks nothing like these photos!! If it is not already broken, it is breaking and the craftsmanship is a joke. I do not even think they actually look at the units before re-leasing the to another person. I have lived in several different cities and states and this is hands down the worst apartment I have ever come across and the first... time I have been completely lied to about what I was getting. I have never lived in an apartment before. This was the first place I moved (other than a dorm) out of my parents' house. These apartments are the best you can get for the price. The apartments are spacious, offer tons of natural light, and are well maintained. The kitchen is large with a good amount of counter space. The bathrooms are well set up for guests and have a good amount of counter space as well. The closets are HUGE and offer built in organization. With a large sliding door in the... living room out to a deck, there is even outdoor space included. The complex has a pool and large green space, as well as grills for even more outdoor activities. The other perks are a laundry room, workout room and very convenient mail service. The management and maintenance staff here are unparalleled, they are always willing to help and the apartments are maintained well, inside and out. There is always landscaping, new paving, painting or general improvement being done, it gets better here all the time. I love living here and doubt I will leave anytime soon. Read More
