If considering I wouldn’t rent here! Been out here for a few years, and can vouch maintenance issues has never taken as long as it has been to get assessed. I was out of AC for over 3 weeks before getting it taken care of. I submitted numerous requests, and voicemails. Now dealing with a clogged sink which is also taking them forever and a day, numerous requests, and still no resolution. The units (I have stayed in 2 out here) is nothing but 1 issue after the other. 1 thing gets fixed something... else goes to s***. Their only care and concern is getting the rent money on time. Bait and switch. I had a great experience with a temporary employee of the management company. This is what convinced me to rent here.

Since then the permanent employee is back and it’s been downhill immediately. I communicate my concerns about my maintenance issues and have been waiting two weeks and still waiting to have a vent put into the window for my dryer so when it’s delivered I could use it immediately. Empty promises to assist me with placing my furniture in my house the carpet was... not changed in time as promised so I will have to pay a mover to set up my furniture. These apartments and townhouses are very spacious! There is so much closet space! They are a bit older but they have been kept up very nicely - this is awesome because the rent isn't near as much as the new complexes in Montgomery. The complex is right in the middle of the city so there is easy access to the interstate and quick routes to everything else like restaurants and shopping centers, yet the complex still remains quaint and quiet. The only negative is that there is no gym.
