Pet friendly, the girls in the office are always so sweet to my fur baby. There are plenty of placed to walk and a dog park. Ground are always kept up and look nice, its been a great place to live.

Just moved in a few months ago and love that it is so close to everything. The office staff is always so nice and my maintenance request are handled so quickly. I highly recommend taking a look here if you want to be close to campus.

I've lived in several apartments around Tuscaloosa and this has by far been the best experience I've had. First, the office staff was so friendly. Move-in day was easy and so smooth. The apartment is a little older but they keep it up. The maintenance has been super quick the few times I've had to call anything in. And they actually have community events. Almost all the places I've lived "say" they are going to have events and usually it's so small, if anything at all. This place has a full on... crawfish and pool party. It was awesome!!
Definitely recommending this place to my friends.

The property manager, Stephanie, has been very kind and professional. The majority of my needs have been addressed promptly. The property/area has become very peaceful.

My son has lived at Bent Tree for 3 years now. We have been very satisfied with his experience. Management, office staff , as well as anyone who has done work in his unit have been great!
