Inverness Apartments

The property is not best but I love living here. It has provided everything you need at a great price minus the in-unit laundry. The community is relatively quiet and the apartment is extremely spacious.

Other than the tub getting stopped up once in a while. I really don’t have any complaints living here. The only thing I could complain about was the kids running up stairs but that’s literally out of the properties control.

So there was a shooting in the neighborhood on Christmas Day where 21 shots were fired. Multiple buildings and cars were hit. Luckily I was away visiting family and only caught the investigator collecting evidence. The Sheriff office has be called back 3x since then on reports of someone looking thru other resident windows and other safety matters. I went to talk to the property manager to see what my options were and she giggled saying they don't let people out their lease for that reason. So... asked her if me and my family safety was funny to her and she went on saying something smart not helping the situation. I asked for the contact information of the people that owned the property and she stated she was the person to talk to. I'm breaking my lease ASAP and will make sure other potential residents know what they're getting into before signing a lease here. I DONT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Read More

Our apartments are like HOMES. The rooms are large, the ceilings are high and there is crown molding. Plus, a gas fireplace AND an attached garage. The only apartments in Tuscaloosa w/an attached garage. Beautifully landscaped, traditional style and just a picturesque neighborhood to walk through.
