Great place to live. Minus the rising rent prices every year and the broken gate. But besides those problems it is a great complex with great amenities

Ashford Place is a great place within the West Monroe and Monroe to live. The staff are attentive and friendly. There’s a sense of community within the complex.

Ideally situated in Monroe’s safest and most convenient area, with friendly neighbors and easy access to restaurants, shops, I-20, and more. The staff is good enough.

Very good so far. Still needing some items addressed but I haven’t been too anxious I know office is busy. I also noticed I do not have the correct door hardware in master. No lock, different knob. Still need batteries in smoke detectors and floor is still not repaired. The garbage disposal has been broke since I’ve been here. Guy came and said it needed to be reset, but doesn’t work for me.
