Would not recommend living here
The property is marketed as a “luxury” community; however, my experience since moving in (August 2025) has been significantly below the standard that is advertised or reasonably expected.
Residents are required to pay a monthly parking fee despite the fact that there are consistently not enough parking spaces available. As a result, vehicles are regularly forced to park in clearly marked red/no-parking zones or near the leasing office. In addition, the roadways throughout the complex are in... very poor condition, with numerous potholes and deteriorating pavement. In several parking areas, there are no visible parking lines at all, which creates confusion and unnecessary conflict between residents.
There have also been unresolved maintenance and habitability concerns. My ceiling leaked, and I was required to operate a large dehumidifier continuously for several days, which significantly increased my electric bill. Despite notifying management, I was not reimbursed for the additional utility costs. I also reported multiple issues with my unit immediately upon move-in, and they remain unaddressed. Repeated calls and emails regarding these concerns have gone unanswered.
The overall condition of the property is also extremely concerning. The grounds are consistently unclean, with visible trash and pet waste throughout the complex. There is only one designated trash area serving a very large number of residents, which is both inconvenient and poorly managed. Additionally, garages are priced at a premium yet many appear to be used for storage of maintenance materials, broken appliances, or debris rather than being made available to residents as advertised.
Quality-of-life issues have also not been addressed. Excessive noise from neighboring units, including dogs left to cry for extended periods, has been a recurring problem. Additionally, cigarette and marijuana smoke regularly enters my unit when windows are opened, making it difficult to ventilate the apartment. The leasing photos and model unit presented prior to signing the lease also do not accurately reflect the condition of the unit that was actually provided.
It is very disappointing that management appears to prioritize promotional activities rather than addressing basic maintenance, safety, and communication concerns. I am sharing this review so that prospective residents have an accurate understanding of the condition of the property and the level of responsiveness they can expect from management.
