The Reserve at Johnson City Apartments

The Reserves at Johnson City, Tennessee is a great apartment community, conveniently located near many restaurants, shops, medical facilities, parks and interstate/highways. The Reserves have great amenties including a well equipped gym, saltwater pool and indoor/outdoor community lounge. The grounds are well maintained and are peaceful and quiet. I am very impressed with the staff. Drew and Amber especially. They helped me with the application process and encouraged me not to be stressed about it, and I appreciate that so much. And I’m very much looking forward to hitting the gym and having friends over soon! It’s a beautiful place to call home and I am so thrilled to be part of the Reserve community. The staff who run this place are very nice, the maintenance people have had a hard time working on the lots of apartments, but impressively, they get it done quickly. overall, I recommend this place if you want a good place to live. Mainly because everyone here is nice and friendly.Overall though, its a great place bc it has the outdoor pool and the indoor gym.

I absolutely love living here — it’s quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a warm community feel. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely caring, always quick to help with any requests. My apartment gets plenty of natural light and stays comfortable year-round, and the neighborhood is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything I need. This is a wonderful community to live in. We fell safe here. Our kids love the playground and the pool. I love having a gym on site too... on top of all that.... free car wash for resistance. The office workers are outstanding, doing different things for the community, organizing events. The maintenance team is the absolute best I've ever seen.
