Dog owners are disrespectful towards their neighbors. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Residents speed regularly through the parking lot even though kids and elderly are present. The trash area is dirty and management is inexperienced and unprofessional.

Dog owners are not courteous of their neighbors and have little control of their pets. People speed in the parking lot even though there are kids and elderly living here. There was a leak in my kitchen that damaged my personal property. The walls and floors are thin and neighbors are not productive so you will hear noise all times of the night. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else if you care about your peace and rest.

3 years into the studio apartment and I have nothing to complain. It's a great choice if you think of moving single or married. Apartment and building fell very new and are well taken care. Maintenance support has always taken not more than an day to be figured out and solved.
Unlike many other places I never had a second of power outage during these years during storm days.
Also building is pet friendly which is not very common for smaller units.
Location is relatively quiet with grocery... stores and other relevant stores within a walking range/not more than 5 min of driving.
Unfortunately I had to leave the US but definitely would continued living in the same studio unit if I continued here.

After looking at the 3D tour of the 1B, 1B… I’m wondering who the contractor was that sized out the rooms and configuration… the shower door looks like it’s going to scrape along the front of the toilet and I have no idea how I would configure a couch and Tv counsel… not to mention there is no peephole?!?!?! No thank you.

I viewed this apartment and I would not recommend live here. I looked at 2 bed room with no windows in the bedrooms and it was 8 x 8.

I am so sorry that you didn't like the floorplan that you viewed. We have many floorplans that have larger bedrooms and windows in bedrooms . I would love for you to come and tour some other apartments here. We have many great finishes such as 10... foot ceilings, quartz countertops, high end appliances, ceramic tub and shower walls, gorgeous flooring and a secure building.
