A Catalina resident can enjoy the exclusive use of a fitness center complete game room equipped with a billiard table, ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard and air hockey a theater featuring a 102-inch front-projection screen, reclining leather seats and a surround-sound audio system and a well-stocked library, living room and a fully functioning multipurpose room with a kitchen and a dinning room table for small meetings or dinners. A business center, small storage units or the temporary storage of personal belongings are also offered for an additional charge and upon availability. the Factoria Shopping Center. Downtown Bellevue is approximately
2 miles to the north Seattle is a short ten minute drive westbound
From Downtown Bellevue:
Proceed East on NE 8th Street. Turn right onto 116th Avenue NE
after crossing over I-405. (116th Avenue NE becomes Lake Hills
Connector). After traveling for approximately mile, turn right onto
Richards Road. Catalina is located on the left hand side of Richards
Road, immediately following the traffic signal for SE 21st Place.
From Downtown Seattle:
Travel East on I-90 toward Bellevue/ Spokane. Take the Richards
Road/Factoria exit (10B). Turn left onto Richards Road and continue
for approximately a mile. Catalina is located on the right hand side
of the street immediately after Le Chateau Condominiums but
before the traffic signal for SE 21st Place.
From SeaTac International Airport:
Head North on I-405 toward Renton/Bellevue for approximately 10
miles. Take the Coal Creek Parkway Exit (10) towards Factoria. Turn
right onto Coal Creek Parkway SE. After traveling mile turn left onto
Factoria Blvd SE. Travel approximately one mile and Factoria Blvd
will become Richards Road. Continue for approximately a mile.
Catalina is located on the right hand side of the street immediately
after Le Chateau Condominiums but before the traffic signal for SE
