Village at Gateway

We’ve been here going in 3 years. Love the privacy we have. With our dog and children, don’t have to worry about constant visits or intruders. They come on request.

I have really enjoyed living in this townhouse. The apartment is very spacious, well-maintained, and feels like home. The location is one of its best features—it's conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and anything else you might need.

The community is friendly, and everyone I've encountered has been kind and welcoming. Overall, it's a quiet, comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Chris and the lovely young lady in the front office. They were incredibly kind and provided me with substantial assistance during my move-in process. Chris took the time to explain the special promotion they were offering, which resulted in significant savings for me, and I was fortunate enough to move in a month earlier than planned. I can honestly say that I have not encountered any issues while living here. Everyone has been... exceptionally friendly, and they maintain the premises in an immaculate condition. If I had any inquiries, all I needed to do was make a call, and I received assistance within 24 hours. I would also like to express my appreciation for the maintenance personnel, who diligently address all repair concerns promptly. Overall, I truly enjoy living here, and I have already renewed my lease for the upcoming year. To add to my satisfaction, my rent has not only remained stable but has actually decreased, which is a wonderful blessing. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! The maintenance team has been responsive and efficient, and I appreciate how quickly issues are addressed.

Desde febrero de 2025 he tenido el placer de vivir en Village at the Gateway y puedo decir con total sinceridad que ha sido una experiencia excelente. Desde el primer día me sentí bienvenida y supe que había encontrado un lugar especial para llamar hogar.

Lo que más me gusta es su ubicación privilegiada. Todo está muy cerca: supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias, escuelas, centros comerciales y muchos otros servicios que hacen la vida mucho más cómoda. Además, uno de los mayores beneficios... para mí es que mi trabajo está a menos de cinco minutos, lo que me permite ahorrar tiempo todos los días y tener una mejor calidad de vida.

La comunidad es tranquila, segura y muy bien cuidada. Siempre se siente un ambiente agradable y familiar. Las áreas comunes se mantienen limpias y en excelentes condiciones, lo que demuestra el compromiso que tienen con los residentes.

Uno de mis lugares favoritos es la hermosa piscina. Por las noches, las luces y la fuente crean un ambiente espectacular, perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día o disfrutar con la familia y los amigos. También me encanta la casa club, especialmente la mesa de billar, que es un espacio ideal para compartir, divertirse y conocer a otros residentes. Es un lugar donde siempre se respira un ambiente agradable y acogedor.

Quiero reconocer también al personal de administración y mantenimiento por su profesionalismo, amabilidad y disposición para ayudar. Siempre han respondido de manera rápida y eficiente cuando ha sido necesario.

Después de vivir aquí por más de un año, puedo decir que Village at the Gateway reúne todo lo que una persona busca en un hogar: tranquilidad, comodidad, excelentes amenidades, una ubicación inmejorable y una comunidad maravillosa.
