Let me just tell you how this team has just been a gem to me during the move in process.
1 – I don’t live in the area yet. I live in a different country. Kailey was on their team and she was able to get me a FaceTime tour because I was interested. She also helped me get the best pricing option for my budget. She was able to make the stress go away about finding a place to live. The constant email traffic made me feel excited about being a part of this community.
2 – Abigail was able to help me... with the lease contract and all the utilities payment process as well. At one point I was dealing with a move in date delay, and she was able to help me secure the apartment while being away.
3 – Overall, I am just grateful for the move in process. The team’s constant communication and commitment to customer service truly stood out.
I will be making another review in the future to speak about my thoughts on living in this community. As of now I cannot wait.

Abbey made my move from Georgia so amazingly easy ! She communicated everything so there was no questions left unanswered and even went above and beyond to stay later than her shift to welcome me into the community ! Chico, Rick, and Corey were extremely helpful as maintenance as well! For any inconvenience they are quick to respond the SAME DAY which is usually unheard of in communities of this size. I’ll recommend these apartments a million times over for anyone looking for a new place to call... home ! The Avenue is definitely deserving of each star and tenant it receives!

I can't say enough great things about this apartment. From my first call to move in everything has been fantastic. I'm so glad we picked this place. Abbi is so friendly and the maintenance guys are fast. I recently went to a flower event they had and it was so fun. Abbi's a full time manger and part time florist we joked. I look forward to many many more years here!

We’ve had an amazing experience with The Avenue! Maintenance is always quick and friendly, and the office loves to do little social events so that everyone can get to know your neighbors. I’m impressed that the landscaping is always well kept (even in winter).
Happy we made the move! :)
