Amazing!

We have been so, so happy here at Watercolors. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is always timely with requests for assistance. The amenities exceed other properties with not one but TWO pools, a gym that is kept so clean and cool. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

Resort Vibes, Real Home Feel, best apartment!!!

I’ve been living at Watercolors of Centerton since 2023, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Two sparkling pools with cabana-style seating, a gym, kid’s play area, and a dog park make it feel like a little resort I get to come home to every day. My spacious, modern apartment has an open layout, plenty of storage, and a beautiful island kitchen that’s perfect for cooking or hosting friends and family. The community is kid- and pet-friendly, always clean, and close to everything I need. Best... of all, the maintenance team is fast, friendly, and keeps everything running perfectly—making life here comfortable, convenient, and stress-free. The neighbors are warm and welcoming, and there’s always a friendly face to say hello to. This isn’t just an apartment complex—it’s truly a community I’m proud to be part of.
