The Landing at Greensborough Village

The Landing is very beautiful, I just recently moved in and I love it! The amenities are great, the location is central to everything! The office staff were so helpful and they have made me feel so at home, since i moved from out of state I feel right at home because of Dana and her office!

I’ve lived at The Landing for a while now and have really enjoyed it. The pool is probably my favorite thing about living here! The staff is friendly, the apartments are comfortable, and it feels like a nice community to be part of.

Lived here for over 2 years. Gates always broke. Coffee in cafe usually not working. Staff is late to open main clubhouse often. Garbage all over the property. Staff is NOT HELPFUL.

The amenities are fantastic! I absolutely love the 60x60 pool, and the 10 AM–10 PM pool hours are awesome. The hot chocolate is a wonderful touch, and the gym is super enjoyable and rarely crowded, which makes working out so much more comfortable. It has six treadmills, cable weights, and other great equipment.
The study room is wonderful for anyone who needs a quiet place to work or study, and having six computers available is such a convenient feature. The conference room is also a great space... for meetings, appointments, or getting work done. The game room is another fun place to relax and enjoy some time with friends and family. The laundry room is very convenient as well.
There are also six BBQ grills available, which are perfect for enjoying meals and spending time with family and friends. You can even reserve the patio area, which is perfect for gatherings, celebrations, or simply enjoying time outdoors. The playground is another great feature, especially for kids and grandkids to enjoy when they come to visit. I also love that there is plenty of space to ride your bike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
I also love that The Landing is a gated, pet-friendly community! The pet park is a great addition, and the large parking area and spacious walking areas are wonderful for taking your dog out for a walk. Having a gated community adds an extra sense of comfort and peace of mind, which I really appreciate.

Amazing place to stay! Management and other office workers are so welcoming and helpful! Maintenance is always very attentive to the apartments. The pool and other amenities are always neat looking and kept up with!
