NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION NOR OFFER WAYS TO HELP EITHER … would not recommend to move in at all and then you share a bill with the neighbors just horrible

The man at the front desk was so helpful with my move in. We talked for about 30 minutes, just about everything and I can say that I feel very pleased knowing you have such wonderful staff members at the front desk. Great customer service! I look forward to staying here.

Nerissa is friendly and helpful. I like how quiet and peaceful it is. The grandkids love the play area. So far it has been good for us. I hope it stays this way!

Theres a lot of trash and dog poo to deal with but i like the community i like the pool and the playground i like how fast maintenance is and i love the layout of the apartment and havin my own washer and dryer lol

I enjoy living here, since the ReNew has taken over, I have not had any incidents, with the Management Staff nor with the Residents, I speak and keep going. The grounds look good, I LOVE seeing the kids out playing at the play ground.
