Beware of This place while leaving
I lived here for 3.5 years. Team was nice while I was living there. They will help you whenever you need any maintenance but they will start troubling when you decide to leave.
When I was shifting , They allowed to me get trailor for Shifting but when trailor came at my apartment, they told me that it is not allowed. They told that we can allow 14 feet trailor but not 16 feet. They should have told me before . I had to pay penalty to get that trailor. They didn’t returned my security charges... kept by them initially and they charged me extra money for bad carpet stains. Really after living in same apartment for 3.5 yrs there were only few stains and that too because of the sewer water came to my place due to there blockage. I cleaned that mess myself and they charged me on top of that. There were no other stains at my place other than those. Please be aware.

Great deal in west Little Rock
I lived here for a year. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quite neighbors and well kept grounds. They also offer a discount for certain public servants.
