Foothills Apartments

Foothills use to be great apartments. Now they just don't seem to care. My aging mother has lived there for 6 years and now they are making her pay an additional $25 a month because she could not figure what document they needed as proof of having renters insurance. The office staff are awful and would not help her. She was finally able to find from the insurance company what to provide as the proof they needed but they are still going to charge her $25 a month because they said she was late in... providing proof. The proof she provided showed full coverage the entire time. Coverage never lapsed. Also, they don't care who moves in anymore. It's becoming trashy. They are letting everyone swim in the pool whether they live in the apartments or not. The pools are not monitored. Dogs poop everywhere and it's never cleaned up. Unresponsive to calls, emails, and maintenance requests in the resident app. Black mold spreading throughout the buildings. Foul smelling neighborhood. Dead animals around the pool area. Overall, not a decent place for anyone to live.

They are very helpful. We are satisfied with the service.

I love these apartments so much. I work 6 minutes away and everything is 5 minutes away. To be right by a main highway it’s super quiet, as well. Super nice people and cute activities.

I have lived here 4 years and I love it. Close to everything I need and everyone is so nice! Can't recommend it enough!
