Terrible Management and the apartments are run down!!

I lived in this apartment complex from June 2023-May 2026. I promise you that the apartments do not look like the pictures. Do not be fooled! They is always trash and debris in the breezeways. You can never take advantage of the amenities.The security gate is always broken. It is a mess! Aside from that I moved out over 90 days ago and still have not received my security deposit, the rent I overpaid or an itemized list of any deductions made. They have stopped picking up the phone when I call.... It takes several days to respond to an email, and when they do, it’s just them giving you useless information. I have lived in apartments for years and have never run across management that was this unprofessional. Please take your money and go to another apartment complex. You will be very disappointed at the Fountain at Maumelle.

Poorly managed

They switch property managers every 5 months or so. The price is pretty hefty, yet the property doesn’t hold up to its standards. The stairs are extremely nasty and the dog poop is everywhere.

My Name Is Jorvis C

This place is great! High ceilings! A great feature for me because I am 6’5. The lightings are amazing. Beautiful fireplace. Updated kitchen appliances. They put brand new flooring in before I moved, a fresh coat of paint. The guest rooms are a great size for my son and when my mother comes to visit. It’s a very quiet area! Gated, with police on site. I feel that my son and I are safe, secure and protected. If you’re wondering if you should move here then go ahead and give them a call!

Great place to live

Been here going on 4 years. Great place to stay, great amenities, pleasant staff. If you're looking for home, this is the place!

Just renewed my lease early

My husband and i moved here in March and we love it. There's been some challenges but everytime we have an issue they take care of it. Our lease is not up until August 2023 since we did an 18 month lease. We've already signed to be here through 2024 as a result of their customer service and great retention plans.
