Save yourself

I moved in here in July of 2021. Since moving in I delt with dirty apartments (I had moved to a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom) that I had to clean before moving in. Things constantly breaking down, parking issues, disrespect, inconsideration and more.

It used to be a good place. Since the property manager was let go, it turned for the worst. The office stuff are rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and treat you like crap after paying so much in rent.

All the stuff here are untrustworthy and... disrespectful. With all the issues this is not a good place to live. I'm glad my lease is up and I'm moving.

Don't Believe The Hype

I've lived here a year, and although the grounds look nice the material make up of the apartments leave more to be desired. Cheap fixtures, faucets, the layout of the apartments are terrible to try to put furniture in. They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! You pay for gas, that you don't have in the apartment, you pay for Concierge Trash pick up which is hit & miss, then you ALSO pay each month for "Trash" which is a dumpster! Management and Maintenance when I first moved in was ok, but in... the last 3 months it has went to ZERO. Maintenance requests get passed over and over, and forget notifying the office - they don't respond to requests or emails. So "Let The Buyer Beware". You DO NOT get what you pay for!
