Great service at the front desk and with maintenance. Ac went out, I call maintenence at 830pm, by 9pm they had a portable unit in the apartment and set up for me to keep cool throughout the night. The next they had it fully repaired by 11am. I love the back park and the community

These are beautiful homes and the staff is very friendly and considerate. The cleanliness of the complex is outstanding.

We lived in this complex for a year and a half. Worst mistake. They look nice but they are still very old. No one follows through on anything they say they will. When we moved in the apartment was dirty. Dog and cat hair sall over the place. The cleaning crew had to come back in after we moved in. Wish we would’ve seen the place before signing the lease. It was gross. The water pressure here is nonexistent. We had to put in a different shower head so we could get a little bit of pressure. Still... awful. The washing machine looked to be 10 years old. When I asked for them to replace it they didn’t want to. Finally had to explain to them that it had literally rust inside of it and it would ruin our clothes. They finally replaced it after we complained for over a week. The dryer never shut off. It got so hot I couldn’t touch the outside. Thankfully we didn’t leave the apartment when I washed out first load of laundry. The manager said they had just completed a dryer inspection a week before. It was clearly broken. The showers were peeling when we moved in. They came out and retextured both of them. It made it worse and eventually the hall bathroom started bubbling and broke open. We had 4 different managers in a year and a half. All were terrible including the one they have now, Francine. She made us feel like someone actually cared. But then didn’t follow through on what she said she would. Promised multiple things including reimbursement for a hotel due to a leak. Had to reach out 4 different times before finally getting the regional manager involved before I got a refund for the hotel. The hotel we had to stay in because we had a leak and couldn’t stay in our apartment. Then was promised we would get a concession due to all the issues we had. Never got that either. Finally after sending multiple emails they finally gave it to us. But even then we were told we would have a final ledger emailed to us we STILL had to email again for the regional manager to give it to us. What we you do… do not move into a Courtland property. Every single person we encountered never followed through or over promised us something. W head issue after issue in the short time we lived there. The only saving Grace was the maintenance staff. I have been so pleased with my interactions with everyone at this location. The maintenance technician I spoke to, I believe his name was Heeli. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very willing to discuss what he does and the high standards they strive to achieve as technicians for Cortland. I also enjoyed talking with Bailey at the front office. She was very warm and welcoming. Very much look forward to my continued stay with Cortland!

AWESOME place to live and I feel safe. If something breaks or stops working the maintenance guys are pretty quick to respond especially Heli, he's know what he's doing!
