I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment complex. Upon move-in, my unit had a persistent roach infestation that was present from the start. I reported the issue promptly and repeatedly through the proper channels.

Despite multiple notifications, the problem was never fully remedied, and the unit remained uninhabitable for a significant period of time. I made good-faith efforts to work with management to resolve the issue or to reach a reasonable solution, including requesting... to be released from the lease due to the condition of the unit.

Unfortunately, management did not take meaningful steps to correct the situation or to offer an appropriate resolution. Communication was poor, and responsibilities outlined in the lease and under landlord-tenant habitability standards were not met.

This experience caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I recommend that prospective tenants thoroughly inspect any unit, review public records and tenant rights, and get all communications in writing before signing a lease here. Read More

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They do NOT CARE about their tenants and sometimes seem to go out of their way to screw us over.

Ive had so many problems here, from being threatened with eviction because they couldn't find my rent (That was sent in ONLINE) to nothing working ever.
The amenities they offer are never open, theyve literally padlocked the pool for almost the entirety of this summer.
Despite having 7 different ways to contact them, they never respond to messages. You... have to go into the office to get any response and it's likely they aren't in or will simply tell you that they'll look into it and return your message with no intention of following through.
When signing the lease, they will simply slip in the middle of those pages a form stating that the water here is unfit for consumption. They won't comment on it, point it out, or say anything about it, so if you're lucky enough to see this disclosure because you read your lease, you have to buy your own drinking water without any compensation. If you're not lucky enough to realize what you're signing, you could be putting your life at risk without knowing it.

Do you like living somewhere that strips you of all the things that bring you joy? Gardens, bird feeders and holiday decorations all banned from this complex. People that have lived here years forced to kill entire gardens they have built. Appliances that don’t work, and amenities that are unusable-all for the extremely high price of an oversized Kleenex box. Constantly shutting off water without warning. Force us to buy water because the tap water is literally poisoned from the Air Force... base. SAVE YOUR MONEY and find somewhere that allows to you to build a life. This place is horrible. Management horrible and rude. I've never lived in a place that cared less about its tennants. Dog poop and trash everywhere you turn. Laundry room hideous. In the event that you have a life event and you have to God forbid break the lease. Good luck. They will not work with you whatsoever. I feel sorry for the veterans and military members who live here. Wish I could give a zero star.

If you like smelling raw sewage everyday, being forced to pay for an outdated cable system from the 1980's where half the channels are unwatchable, being nickle and dimed with extra charges, and an office staff that does not address these issues after contacting them numerous times, then this is the place for you. As soon as I save enough to move I'm leaving. The location is perfect for me, but I can't take the constant stench anymore!!!
