Before we moved in, there was a man painting the same ceiling area where mold was later found. Nearly a year later, I submitted a maintenance request after finding mushrooms growing on the wall. A worker scraped the wall, identified mold, and said someone would return, but no one came until the following Thursday. The mold was removed, but the leak causing it was not fixed until I confronted maintenance. It was wastewater from the upstairs shower dripping onto our showerhead. It took about a... week and a half to repair, while roaches and scorpions fell from the ceiling. HVAC was supposed to inspect the area, but the hole was simply patched, and debris later came from my AC vent. Management offered only a $150 credit. Roaches in apt I filled out a maintenance request to have my apt sprayed for roaches since it had went throught the treatment and we have more roaches. I received completed work order notice a few days ago stated I was scheduled for Today. NO ONE knocked at my door to spray in my apt. The roaches are in the kitchen, bathroom and now in the living room. My twins are allergic to roaches. This apt needs to be sprayed! Apt 1065 Bldg 6
