Not terrible but the first night here there was about 12 cops at one of the neighbors apartments with guns loaded. Also the road coming into the complex had one side closed since we moved in (about a week as of right now) I understand things take time to fix but it seems like no progress is even being done.

I love living here it the best apartment I’ve had I’ve only been here 5 months and I’ve had no problems when things need fixing there on it I like the staff and the maintenance guys

The apartments are nice and spacious, the front office team is very easy to talk to and work with as well. While there are multiple pools on the property, they aren't well maintained. The best maintained one is right by the office. The remodels are also not great. They look good on the surface, but when you look closer, the paint is chipping, the floors are stick on vinyl, and the laminate for the countertops is stretched to the sink hole making it look weird. Caulking is peeling up around... baseboards and mirrors. Overall, it is still a nice place to live that feels spacious and cozy, as long as you don't mind a few cosmetic hiccups.

When looking for a new place my daughter found this community and feel in love it fit all of our needs. The staff was beyond helpful they gave me hope when I really though there was no hope in finding a place that helped and fit all our needs.
