I love it so far just wish these birds weren’t here so often. Maybe we can see if the patios also can get cleaned due to the birds pooping on the patios

I love it here so far.. a few issues with the toilet but I think the sewage just can't handle my boyfriend's dookies lol; other than that only other issues we're simple house hold issues that could be fixed later so all and all for the past 2 ish months things have been great

I have lived in the apartment complex for 18 months now. I have no complaints or negative comments concerning office, maintenance or ground keeping personnel. As a matter of fact, all my interactions with those have been professional, conducted with politeness, and with a positive outcome for all parties involved.

Frequent power outages. We’re not allowed to use the patio space for anything, what do you mean I can’t put a couple of outdoor chairs and outdoor bikes outside?

People in front office are really nice. Apartments are basically townhomes. Really big and neighbors so far are quiet. My only issue is theres bird droppings everywhere on the patio/balcony and theres pigeons everywhere constatnly making noise. If pidgeon repellent exist you def need it. Bird droppings all on my windows, i dont even want to open up the shades. Aside from that, its been pretty good.
