The Maintenance Experience The Palms is a fairly large residental property that keeps the maintenance workers on their busy streak. I see them cruising back & forth through the parking lot on Golf carts racing to service residents request. Things can get pretty busy around here for them. I say all this to share some pros and cons like most apartment complexes: some repairs are remarkable while others can benefit from assistance or repair class. Many repairs, basic and complex have resulted in ... some disappointments due to an unpolished or lack of aestestic finish and some thumbs up. The aestestic finish is what draw in customers where as a mediocre completed jobs will deter people or lose tenants. People want nice clean habitable places to live in especially when paying their money and to be free of roaches. I have reframed from posting things or the work of disappointing completed service jobs on Social Review Sites for the purpose of decency and humility that the repair person will eventually get it right and do better. Exploiting people publicly does not always resolve things and can make some things worse so its bests to speak only the facts of a situation and it will eventually work itself out based on that.
Overall this place is still a home for now until something change and the comfort of the spacious apartment is definitely a great bang for the buck. The events are nice and good for interacting with neighbors.
