Radius Apartments

The A/C has not been working properly this summer and they are doing NOTHING to fix it ! We’ve complaint several times and NOTHING is done ! Don’t wait your money to apply for these apartments ! Unless you want to shower 5 times a day and still be sweating

I instantly fell in love with these apartments the moment I went to view this place, right then and there I knew this was the place to call home!!

I have lived here for over two years. Manager is wonderful. Prices are great. Neighbors look out for each other. I can say the outside of the building is not appealing at all but I have never felt more at home then anywhere else I have rented from.

Gf and I are looking for apts and this place is not what the pictures seem to show. We were unable to see any of the interior, but if it looks as bad as the exterior than I can do without this place. The place seems broken down and dirty, the signs are old and faded, the renovations are almost 2 years old from what it seems and they don't have an actual website so you can't actually find out if they have any availabilities until you call or walk in. When we walked in, the single receptionist (in... an office that felt like it was supposed to be for the maintenance guys) asked us what we wanted and when we asked to possibly look around she just said they were not any availabilities till June then practically dismissed us without even giving us a second glance. Unlike most places I've visited, the apartment is exactly as you see it in the picture. New kitchen with actual granite counter tops and ceramic floor throughout. For the price and location i think its great!
