Great experience!

I toured a one bedroom today with Adriana and I'm glad I did! She was very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. The property itself is well maintained compared to others in the same area...I've looked at several other apartments in the past couple of months and run into some rude office staff...Adriana was definitely a breath of fresh air!

Terrible

These apartments are trashhhhh!!!!!! Everything is 100 yrs old rent is too expensive for the condition they have us living here every time I report a problem they won’t come and fix it theres roaches living inside the stove the laundry place is gross next door neighbors are always fighting this is the worst place I ever rented never again

DONT DO IT

I HATE LIVING HERE, WOULD TERM LEASE IF POSSIBLE. DIRTY ROCHES, MANAGER ABSENT ALL THE TIME, RECEPTIONIST ARE NEVER THERE OR CLUELESS. APARTMENTS ARE OUT DATED. COMES WITH FIRE PLACE BUT WHEN ARE THEY NEEDED. NEVER. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE NOISE COMPLAINT. MUSIC, POUNDING AND YOU CAN HEAR FIGHTS IN OTHER CLOSE APARTMENTS.

HORRIBLE

THIS PROPERTY IS HORRIBLE THERE IS ALWAYS TENANTS MOVING IN AND OUT, LOUD NEIGHBORS, MAINTENANCE DOESNT DO ANYTHING, OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AS WELL. YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR POOL KEY. AND THEY GET YOU WITH FREE GYM BUT ONCE YOU WANT THE KEY THEY CHARGE 50 DOLLARS. ITS HORRIBLE HERE I WOULD RECONSIDER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I WAS YOU

StonyBrook Apartments were the worst experience!

BAD Apartments you have to pay for your pool key for your gym key && undercover parking!! Need to update interior. Loud Neighborhood area never want to take responsibility for what they do wrong.
