The leasing team is very helpful and works to make sure you are taken care of.

Don't live here. They'll end your lease so they can "renovate" your apartment so they can charge more. Then they'll insult you and say you can rent a different apartment at the increased price (almost $400 more than we were paying) with $200 holding fee for a complex you already live in. It's unethical. They'll also never come and fix things in your apartment. We went a month without being able to use our bathroom sink. Amenities are also a wash. Unless you're unemployed, you'll never be able to... use the pool, because it closes at 4 PM. If you can afford ANYWHERE else, please do it. Very loud community. Loud drunken parties that management does nothing about. Unattended and screaming children are always running on the property. Very filthy dumpsters and not enough of them. Huge potholes and holes in the stucco of apts.

Heritage Luxury Apartments is close to freeways, shopping, Indian School park, St. Joe's Medical Center Hospital, and Banner Good Samaritan Hospital, as well as many local shops and restaurants. Management and staff are pleasant and follow up promptly on resident's maintenance requests and other residential questions or concerns.

Great place to leave at resident and staff are awesome and get thing done at a timely matter.
