My family and I recently returned to Highland Apartments. We previously lived here in 2022, and I believe the change in management has positively impacted the community. It is now very clean and feels safe during the night. Maintenance has been excellent—when we moved in, our A/C was frozen over, and they responded quickly. The leasing office staff made our move back to the area very seamless. If you're searching for a nice townhome in Phoenix, I highly recommend Highland.

Starting my sixth year, I live close to my school where I teach and look forward to coming home to the Highlands. Our location is truly centrally located near all of the major highways. If you’re a Huber fan, the fares are much less because you are near great restaurants and shopping. The community is wonderful and enjoyably diverse. The best residents of our community are our dogs and cats.

Love the area, community, and my apartment. The leasing staff was amazing from walk-through to move-in. I had multiple issues upon move-in. However, Maintenance came out in a timely manner to resolve all. The only remaining issue I have after work order is the temperature of my hot water.

The front office staff is very friendly and made sure to answer any and all questions i had about the complex prior to moving in to ensure this was the place i wanted to call home. They made moving in simple and easy, definitely a good place to live

I love the Highland Apartments! It is a great community. It feels very safe and the staff is so kind and attentive. The amenities are amazing and well kept. My apartment is the perfect size for me and the finishes are well done.
