The water frequently gets shut off, with very little notice. They say they are fixing a water problem, but it happens repeatedly. Today, they gave us a 5-minute notice—that’s all. I understand that emergencies happen, but this has happened at least 6 times since I’ve been living here. Sometimes the water is turned off for the whole day and into the night.

I have been living at Palisades now for 8 months. So far this has been my favorite complex I have lived in. Very quiet neighborhood, great amenities and nice park right across the street. Also the apartments are well renovated before move in, and the overall up keep of the property is excellent. Great value for the price of rent.

This complex is riddled with German cockroaches, talk to residents before moving in.

Our units are treated for pests on a regular basis and additional treatment is available upon request. In addition, your Resident Handbook tells you how to prevent roaches in your unit and prepare for treatment. Please do not hesitate to contact our... office should you need additional treatment.

Everyone complaining on here must be infants and unable to be responsible adults. The place is clean and well managed. Every issue I have had has been promptly handled and with a professional attitude. It's refreshing to have such a pleasent experience with the front office staff. 5 Stars in my book. - Grizz

The property itself is nice, but the management sucks. They kept my lost drivers license at the front office and never contacted me EVEN THOUGH I LIVE HERE and it was left at the lease signing. It is also a bottomless pit of fees and fines. You don't even know that you owe anything and they have already charged you a late fee. Amenities that are included in rent are often closed with no explanation and for days at a time. Basically they treat you like a peasant even though the rent is not cheap.... I WOULD NEVER HAVE MOVED HERE IF I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD MANAGEMENT IS. STAY AWAY!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review The Palisades. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy living here. In regard to your ID that you lost on the property, I emailed you on 10/19/22 at 10:01 am to let you know we had it in the... office.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and the late fee schedule is listed on the first page of your apartment lease contract. Amenities are not included in your monthly rent.
We have three pools at The Palisades. Over the course of last year, we conducted renovations on the pools and closed them down one at a time. However, two pools were always available for resident use. All renovations are currently complete, and all pools are open and available for resident use. We also have a fitness center, cyber lounge, game room, tennis court, dog park, and playground on the property that have not been closed and are available for resident use.
We try our best to provide great service with the understanding that we can’t always make everyone happy. If you wish to discuss anything further, please contact me at the leasing office at 602-494-1100.
