The office people were always kind but kindness doesnt make my apartment not 80 degrees. AND…… german roaches in the first section of buildings and it’s bad. Like crawling on your walls, in your cabinets, everywhere bad. I feel like you should legally have to mention when you have such a wicked infestation. The water is shut off maybe once a week due to “emergency repairs” so plan out your dishes and showers. They don’t run AC during like september to around april. Which is also a thing i think... should have to be disclosed when signing. There’s only like four maintenance people and they are painfully overworked. Most residents like to just leave their bags of trash on the floor in front of their apartment during the hottest times of the day and on days where valet trash isn’t picking it up. The office does nothing about this. They also don’t do anything about the plethora of parked cars with either no registration or that haven’t moved in literally at least a year. So warn your guests when they come there’s no where to park on weekends. Their voicemail is full so you can’t call them either. The people leaving the restaurant next door also can just park in resident spots and almost hit you when they leave so be on the look for that. Rent is about the same for a studio vs the biggest one bedroom but the studio, despite having roaches, is built better weirdly enough. They literally don’t have enough parking spots for paying residents and they won’t tell you that until after you pay the $200 application fee. The ac when on doesn’t cool the apartment enough, so also get one of those expensive portable units.
Amazing location that lacks in class and respect from all participating. If you move here get a good lawyer so when it’s time to break your lease early they don’t try to take advantage of you. Oh also they say no smoking but you’re allowed to do that. You can even smoke a cig in your doorway by the office and they don’t do anything. Literally from the moment I showed up to pay my deposit and get my keys there were problems, so many that I kept a note in my phone of them. We didn’t have access to our mailboxes for the first 5 months of living there; the hot tub was boarded over the ENTIRE time I lived there with nothing EVER being said about it; lost count of how many cockroaches I killed in my unit; the first 100 days there the “AC” went out twice and the water was shut off an average of once every 9 days often with zero... warning; the constant water shut offs (again, usually with no warning) continued the entire time I lived there; the WiFi very frequently went down; laundry room had half the machines broken at any given time and often small puddles throughout; when the chiller/boiler system was switched over to boiler for the winter, even with my thermostat turned OFF and windows open constantly, my unit was minimum 80 degrees with no relief. They also once entered my unit with just a voicemail left 4 minutes before saying something about a vendor needing to enter, when I called complaining about the sudden entry they vaguely said it was an emergency, didn’t tell me WHAT the emergency was until I specifically asked for a written email explanation. Then they a few times sent everyone a note about an “upcoming inspection” with a day and time range only to never actually enter and then do it again 2 months later. I have NEVER paid to end a lease early before until this place and once I left, my mental health immediately improved. Staff is so sweet, maintenance & administrative. They are very accommodating, are on top of it if you need anything. Neighbors are all so nice too, just a lot of good people & positive vibes. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Great location

They charged me 400 for pet rent when I moved out. I don't have any pets. The only animal that shed in that apartment is me. I argued with them and they said they have photographic proof. I am wondering which apartment they switched for mine. I took pictures too, and zero pets

Tried to rent a unit today listed available soon. after my money was taken and application filled out, a leasing agent said it wouldn't be available for another 3 weeks after I took a tour and chose to proceed. Later found out another of the same unit would become available sooner, yet still only suggested a unit on another floor which I was clear I was not interested in, but it was not offered as a solution. Now I'm out my background check fee of $50+tax and left... with a hard inquiry on my credit. Letting a potential resident know these time infractions were possibilities could have saved a negative review. Do better. Read More
