Love it Here

Have been here for 5 years. There have been changes in management during this period. and the last which Includes Martina and Arturo (maintenance guy)they are always very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are lovely and I enjoy the location. The majority of people are so nice and we sit and talk by the pool when the weather is not so hot. I have attended more social functions than any other place I have lived in. Would recommend to anyone who asks me.

Would give a zero if I could

It was bought out in 2018 and the new management is an investment company who does not care about the residents or the property.
The property manager, Barbara, is a TERRIBLE person who screams and tells and humiliates elderly residents into not reporting issues or asking for assistance.
When medication was delivered to a box and placed/notified for a deceased resident Barbara told the resident she would check all the boxes tomorrow maybe.
Save your money, your sanity and your family. Don't... move in here.

Great Place!!

I moved here in the middle of January 2018, and I've been very happy here! It's clean, well-maintained, quiet, and I feel safe. The staff is great, and the other residents are friendly. My dog likes it here, too, and we've used the convenient on-site dog park. Nice neighborhood with lots of stores, restaurants and amenities nearby. Did I say it was quiet? Oh, and affordable, too. I highly recommend Zen Senior Living!
