Tatum Place apartments is a quiet community in Scottsdale, Lots of shopping nearby. The renovated apartments are so nice. Karla and Rhonda were so helpful and made me feel like I was at home. They have a huge pool right by the office that is amazing and they supply the propane for the BBQ's and fire pit they said. Can't wait for my current lease to end, I will be moving here next spring!

I have been here over six months and my experience has been GREAT!
From the manager Carla, leasing agent Rhonda who both show exceptional special professional care to all future and current tenants. Maintenance is always prompt and thorough when completing workorders which are not often.
This is my new living space and HAPPY place!

First of all the entire staff at Tatum Apartments are amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. From Karla the site manager to Rhonda the Leasing Agent to the maintenance personnel, all are wonderful! The property grounds, both pools and the onsite gym are well maintained. The apartments are modern and updated, as well as spacious. You won’t be disappointed.

I Recently Toured Tatum place Apartments. The staff Carla was amazing and showed me all the amenities went over all the pricing. It was within my budget and the location is great apartment. Homes have been renovated and are amazing. Open floor plan.

We've lived at Tatum for almost a full year and the property is recently under new managemnt. Kris & Heath, the maintence guys, are super helpful and quick to respond when needed. Anytime we've needed something fixed, it get's done day of or next day. Definitely reccomend & great location
